  1. All the complaints received through phone, email, website, post, and walk-ins will be given a complaint number for tracking.
  2. The Company has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee whose composition, nature of responsibilities are included to address complaints and inform complainants of any action taken.
  3. All such grievances will be resolved directly by the Company with in 45 days.
